On May 31st, Jody Secules owner of CoreFocused enjoyed a lecture by Thomas Myers, author of “Anatomy Trains” regarding Fascia: Biomechanical Regulation. Tom Myers shared his profound insight on the human form and how each body responds to the demands that are put on it. According to Tom Myers, the entire fascia matrix is the focus of anatomy, not isolated muscles. Fascia wraps the body & envelopes the muscles, the wet substance gives form as well as acts a a liquid crystal and electrical system.
