Jody Secules: Pilates Personal Trainer, Owner
Jody Secules has been practicing the STOTT PILATES® exercise method since 2000. She has earned the highest STOTT PILATES® Certification: Full Certification, which includes all levels of Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair & Barrels, and taken the STOTT PILATES ISP – Injury and Special Populations course. Jody Secules is recognized by the Pilates Method Alliance as a Certified Pilates Teacher, PMA®-CPT. Secules is RED CROSS certified in CPR/AED and First Aid. She received her B.S. in Electrical Engineering at Lafayette College where she competed and captained the Track and Cross Country teams. She credits the Pilates method with assisting her in the pursuit of a balanced body and allowing her to continue participating in the sports that she loves – running, biking, hiking, skiing and swimming.
Jody believes in the many benefits of the STOTT PILATES exercise method and is eager to share them with others. She has taught Pilates mat/apparatus classes to people of all ages from preschoolers to seniors. During the 2006-2007 Short Course season she had the pleasure of working with her teenage children’s swim team. Jody works with one or two students at a time in her beautiful studio set in scenic Hollis, NH. Jody finds great satisfaction in enabling her clients to become stronger and more confident in their movement and how they view themselves. She has helped a number of clients overcome back issues by strengthening the core & improving posture as well as helping athletes gain the Pilates athletic edge. Jody believes in a multi-faceted approach to health issues, enlisting a team of health professionals and wellness professionals when necessary. Jody and her husband and two children like to pursue outdoor adventures together.
